eCal
eCal is an events calendar module written for the XOOPS Content Management System (CMS). It features an easy to manage administration system and allows users to register for events via online payment, credits, or for free, depending on event type. The module can be adapted for multiple purposes such as general calendar use, or for events scheduling.

LocationsView Larger
An overview of various locations assigned to calendar. Includes links to modify items. A location can also quickly be assigned to offline or online mode by clicking the green / red status button.

A location has various settings which are easy to edit. It is possible to set a location to offline mode for temporary inactivation or for later implementation.

Lists all upcoming scheduled events along with relevant information. If a applicable, it also lists number of registered participants along with edit link. Many other action links are also available.

Locations, categories, and organizers / instructors are populated from the other admin sections. It is also possible to have recurring classes / events to be able to edit a group of events in one time.

It is possible to register or unregister participants. First select an event from the drop-down menu OR view a user's registration history in the second drop-down menu.

Lists all previously registered users and allows you to register new participants. The table also list time of registration, payment method and credits remaining.

The Registrations list will be updated with the newly registered user and credit will be deducted if applicable. Click the plus sign next to the user name to add a guest / additional participant.

By clicking the plus icon next to the user name in the Registrations page it is possible to add guests or additional participants for the user and a particular class / event.

After adding guests or additional participants to a user, they will appear as a "+1" in the main Registrations page for a class / event. Credits for the "+1"'s will be deducted if applicable.

To unregister a guest or additional participant click on the unregister link which will bring up a confirmation form to submit.

Unregistering the main user will cause all possible guests / additional participants attached to be unregistered as well.

CreditsView Larger
Display all users with available credits or credit usage history. A registered user who has never purchased credits or used them will not be listed, but can be edited via the "Add Credits" link.

Allows manual editing of user participation credits. The edit will be recorded in the credit history along with the note that can optionally be sent via email notification to the user.

Displays the history of credits for a specific user.

A user who has never had credits will not display in the Credits listing (better database performance). However it is possible to add credits to their account by selecting the user from the drop-down menu.

Displays all active orders along with their order status. If an order is paid by credit card, additional info from the payment gateway will be available.

Incoming orders may be in pending or processing status depending on their payment method and credit card approval. This form allows an administrator to update an order to a different status.

Detailed order view display more pertinent information about the order and payment. Furthermore the order status can be updated with a optional notification email to the customer.

SeriesView Larger
In sports there are often various seasons and series. This section allows management of different series and event categories. In this example various boxing and MMA event series have been setup.

An event series can have a name and description to it. Furthermore order of appearance in the front end calendar can be specified and the series can be put in offline mode.

Displays all events along with pertinent information. In this example of Boxing / MMA there is a link to set up bouts for every event.

In the event edit mode it is possible to choose which series an event belongs to. Aside from event start and end dates it is also possible to assign outside ticket purchasing links.

Adding an event occurs by assigning the event to a series and then providing the rest of event details. Outside URL's and ticket purchase links can also be assigned.

Bouts for an event can be added, edited and deleted by first selecting an event from a drop-down select menu.

Displays all fighter athletes created in the module. This list can be used to designate opponents for fights, or to display information about a fighter.

Allows registration of participants. Because All Saints Church uses a third party provider and a custom XML eCal plugin, there are no events available and hence registrations deactivated.
